Reorganization of sections and chapters #32

Updates as described during May 11 meeting.

1) Move DATA > 1. Literature Search chapter > 1.5 through 1.7 to a new chapter called Primary Screening (which should go below the Literature Search chapter)

2) Make a new section called CEDAR DATABASE (above the DATA section)

3) Move DATA > 2. The CEDAR Database, DATA > 3. Data Extraction (3.1 Getting Started only), DATA> 6. The Add or Edit a Reference Form, and DATA > 7. The Add or Edit a Factor Form, to this new CEDAR DATABASE section (in that order)

4) Move 3. Data Extraction >3.2 Common Concerns to 5. Data Extraction Rules a. Check for redundancies here, and try to integrate the formatting of the Common Concerns into the setup of the Data Extraction Rules

5) Swap the order of DATA > 4. Data Extraction Tips & Tricks and DATA > 5. Data Extraction Rules

6) Move everything under the ANALYTICA section to the MODELS section, and delete the ANALYTICA section

7) Move OTHER ACTIVITIES > 1. Data Harmonization under the REFERENCE section and delete OTHER ACTIVITIES

8) REFERENCE > 2. Documentation > 2.4 Conventions: a. Move 2.4.1 Style Guide, 2.4.2 Key Words, 2.4.3 Common Acronyms, and 2.4.6 Study Groups to the REFERENCE > 1. Communications Style Guide chapter b. Move 2.4.4 Model Names, 2.4.5 Factor Identifier, 2.4.7 Node Colour to the MODELS > iAM.AMR Framework chapter

9) Move REFERENCE > 3. reStructuredText under REFERENCE > 2. Documentation

10) Delete the TEAM section

Hey Selina, looks like the cedar_database section is still not appearing on the sidebar as per preview. All other changes look good though!
