Adding a dependency or rails of up to 3.2.13, since currently it does not work with rails 4 #30

< 4.0.0 would probably be better anyway, but can you try if it still doesn't work with master?

I'm actually not on that project any more. And at any rate, I ended up not using the gem. And as far as < 4.0.0 is concerned, I was just playing it extra-safe. I didn't know if it might break in later 3.2.x releases.
