Remove patching of core ruby classes #8

Nickel adds a few methods to core ruby classes (including kernel). That's bad practice and increases the risk of problems when using nickel with other gems. There must be a better way. The methods are:

[x] Kernel#method_name
[x] Kernel#calling_method
[x] Fixnum#to_s2
[x] String#to_s2
[x] Logger#blue
