Added UL, DL, and NR indicators for BW
Improved the overall function flow for simple network
Added console to Navbar
Added ttl_script.sh to handle ttl changes. (It will accept 2 params, enable | disable and ttl value)
Modified set ttl cgi script

This PR includes Simple Network fixes that should be implemented immediately.
