Add config.overrides support #2

Hi, I tried to add a config.overrides.prod.plugins.modernizr behavior, but default config.plugins.modernizr is running instead, even if config.plugins.modernizr is not set.

To be more precise, I don't want modernizr plugin's tasks running each time brunch watch detect something change.

Is that possible to add something like config.plugins.modernizr: false
