Change landing page to align with theme #73

To test:

  1. cd into react-frontend from root
  2. Install any dependencies in the terminal with 'npm install'
  3. Start react app with 'npm start'
  4. On home page you should see a theme similar to the Fallout Pipboy 3000 device with sidescrolling text.
