Allow users to choose between different screw insert brands #113

The current implementation supports only a single type of screw insert. It were nice if users could choose between different brands in the generator.

For example, ruthex screw inserts were found to perform quite well. They requires taller and thinner holes than the generic inserts that are currently supported.
