add thumb cluster single offset #72

I can see that the thumb rotation wasn't really working

I've added here a way to define single offsets for the thumb cluster.

It can be generalized of course.

Feel free to let me know if anything.

My formatting is broken at the moment. Feel free to reformat if needed

@ibnuda when you have a moment, can you take a look? I have a couple more of these PR coming, they should make the thumb cluster modification usable.
