File download for tafXplorer #120

check file api for ?file=true option to get browser to download file instead.

File download acheived by: adding ?download=true to url for file download

implement in app as either download icon, or make file name be the download link

For now, I implemented the download by clicking on the file link. Let's see if people find it intuitive enough.
