Initial set up course, get git, rstudio, packages etc. one week before course

Supliment initial course with a wiki page.

[ ] correct version of R

[ ] correct version of Rstudio

[ ] set up git username and email and password

[ ] install a set up useful R packages
At least two new workshops for stock assessors planned in 2023 ( 24-25 January and 30-31st of May).
Feedback to have in-person workshop (hybrid) could maybe be planned for the one in May.
