• [ ] treatment_ids in the radiation file must be submitted as part of the same submission (cross file)
• [ ] treatment_ids in the hormone_therapy file must exist in clinical as a treatment record - this would count as an updates to an existing treatment_type.
• [ ] The radiation file is required if treatment type in the corresponding treatment file with the matching treatment id is one of "Combined chemo-radiotherapy and surgery" or "Radiation therapy".
