Feature Request: Migrate to a new RxNorm DB Version

• Provide the logic to update the rxnorm db to a new release, including the migration of existing donor records.

Scope of the work is tailored to providing the automation/tooling for continued updates in the future.

the goal 1- in clinical we record RXCUI and STR from RXCONSO.RRF 2- if a new release changes either or both RXCUI or STR we want to update our records that uses those particular the questions I'm facing, what should be my steps into looking into the history files in the table above to figure out the new RXCUI / STR this implies that we understand what kind of changes could happen to either field and where are those changes recorded

what is currently the process if this is to be done manually and we can go from there
