As stated in the marking criteria, what is our interpretation of a 'request'?

An idea I had was some sort of problem solving puzzles people could post and complete (word play, maths, etc) for points - like IQ test questions

Coding Community Invite users to join this community to tackle algorithmic challenges and assist each other with coding problems. Many companies conduct coding interviews that involve solving algorithmic problems. Thus, we can establish a community filled with a variety of algorithmic challenges, allowing users to participate, solve these challenges, and feature on leaderboards.

Alternatively We could develop a help forum equipped with an embedded IDE, facilitating members to aid one another in resolving "coding issues."

I think the Coding Community is a strong idea but introduces complexity when executing user's code, particularly for security. We could potentially not allow users to execute code, or see if there are options available online where we can send code to be securely executed in a sandboxed environment.

In general, it looks like we are leaning toward some sort of puzzle-related problem-solving activity. Some more ideas under this umbrella:

• math questions, where people request assistance/steps to work out
• cryptograms, where users post encrypted messages for others to decipher
• cross word clues, where users post a crossword clue they need help to answer
• chess problems, where users post a current state of a chess board and invite recommendations about next move to play?

Idea chosen during meeting (26/3/24):

User draws something under certain time limit (very quick) and posts their drawing. Other users guess what they've drawn.

Some specifics (to be refined/added to):

• users get points for guessing correctly
• the longer the post has gone unguessed, the more points awarded to the correct guesser
• leaderboard
• users have some sort of cooldown between each guess, can't just spam guesses
