Complete Auth Pages #17

Both login and signup should be finished in this branch. @jjwilliamjun has done some good work on this already but I just changed the layout. I'll finish off the signup page now if I get time

okay i'm pretty happy with that. consolidated both in page styles to use a shared auth.css. @jjwilliamjun if you have any changes then go for it or if you're happy we you can merge it.
