Complete Guess Page #18

This page is the least complete and requires a bit of work before the UI milestone tomorrow. Just changed the page to use our standardised layout and external js.

I just fixed up some styling on 0cf36c0 and added a form parsing. all it does is print the user input in terminal right now but thats probably all we need it to do just to complete the UI milestone. i'm going to merge this now i reckon its done
