Added links to navbar, made minor text related changes. #25

Made the changes stated in issue #24

To note: currently the navbar link to 'Guess' goes to the login page.

I believe the 'Guess' link in the navigation bar should direct users to the current 'Home' page. Additionally, we could develop a new layout for the actual 'Home' page. But we already know the actual post will be linked from back-end server so we can fix it later.

Oh yep good point @jjwilliamjun , I'll make the change to the 'Guess' link.
