Added Database Models #29

Added models (SQL tables) for the database and associated migrations:

User table to record name, username, email, statistics etc.
Word table to store word list
Sketch table to store sketch, the user who drew it, the word it draws, the time it was submitted
GuessSession table to store a session of guessing for one user, for one sketch, recording the time they start guessing and time they guess correctly -> more explanation of this in https://github.com/ickerio/cits3403/commit/e89ae11f73b1063b935f3fe6e3eb640a0a4a36c9

Note PR #27 should be merged before this PR.
