General UI Enhancements #45

Contributions:

/auth page now includes an app description, as per the project outline
/auth page style improvements (background, removed random button on "must login" alert) - this background is quite vibrant, can consider toning it down
/leaderboard PPG is rounded to nearest whole number for style/appeal
/guess style improvements (rearranged elements to fit better on screen, other minor improvements)

Still room for improvement on /guess and /auth I think (in terms of UI), see what you guys reckon. This ticks a couple things off in #43

Deleting the "master" stuff in the conflict will be fine, I just moved those lines of code effectively.
