I think it's better to add a signin.html file to separate new user.

'login.html' for people who already created their account.
'signup.html' for people who wants to create their account.

Sounds great. Perhaps we need an "introductory view" which provides description/context of the site, and allows the user to either navigate to login.html or signup.html?
