Wizard at the beginning when we are creating an user.
This will show a new wizard that asks user about they master seed. Then we need to create (locally) identities and ask to the Relay if they exist. When we find one that does not exist, we stop and go to the dashboard with the identities recovered.
Also we need to ask to the Name Resolver about what was the bound label.
