Long scroll bar in Sign in, Confirm step

OS: Linux (Arch Linux) Browser: Firefox 65.0

Current: In the Sign in prompt, in the Confirm step the window has a scroll longer than the content:

Expected: The Confirm step shouldn't have a scroll bar.
