Персони: Searching by "номеру ОС" and "серії ОС" doesn't work for newly created Persons

Repro Steps:

1. Login to System under Admin and go to a "Персони" tab.
2. Create a new Person1 with its unique "Серія ОС".
3. Get back to the "Персони" tab.
4. Search for the Person1 by its "Серія ОС".

Actual Result: Person1 is not shown on the "Персони" tab.

Expected Result: Person1 should be shown on the "Персони" tab.

Please note that current issue is reproducible for newly entered Persons only (e.g. №57) and is not reproducible for Persons that were created few weeks ago (e.g. №14).

This issue is reproducible for "номеру ОС" and "серії ОС" searching options.

Searching for a Person should be fixed within a "Заяви > Додавання заяви" input form as well.
