Include the "eBOSS mocks" used in the Monte Python likelihood code #52

The Monte Python likelihood code has some standard tests on "eBOSS mocks" that use as data the P1D measured from different Nyx simulations. It would be good to add some code to read the "P1D measurements" to compare apples to apples the results from cup1d and Monte Python.
