Update installation instructions in README.md #62

I updated the installation instructions. Any dependency needed should be declared in pyproject.toml. Also fdasrsf package is here again and it is not used.

I also added the NERSC MPI instructions here. mpi4py needs to be compiled with NERSC compilers.
