NET Framework MVVM

Windows Forms project in .NET Framework 4.7.2 using Visual Basic. The business rule consumption is in the NETLibMVVM repository. This project represents old technologies, but they still solve many problems. The goal of this solution is to combine the best of the newer technology with the old and centralize the entire business rule for consumption by other projects.
