Input on proposed checks relating to HDF5-format products #13

I have circulated the checks related to HDF5 products to the S-102, S-104, and S-111 teams.

Input from the S-102 PT can be seen here.

Input from S-104 and S-111 is in an Excel spreadsheet which I will send to Liz shortly if I can't post it in this repository [Edit: Attached below.]

Review following S-100WG 8, likely will be moved to cross-product validation.

Discussed at VTC 8 Agreed that the majority of these checks will be overtaken by Cross Product Validation checks. However, not all the checks listed are related to Cross Product Valiadation. Will ask Cross Product Validation group to identify checks that need moving to S-100 Validation.
