Part 6 checks

1. S100_Dev0012: S100_IO_IdentifiedObject is an abstract class and there will not be a corresponding XML tag. Recommend deleting this check.

More generally:

• Part 6 is quite old and has not been updated for some years.
• There was a subgroup looking into coordinate reference systems for S-100 (especially for autonomous navigation?) but I do not know what was reported.
• There is no S-100 schema for Part 6. I think the examples in Appendix 6-A may be from ISO 191xx standards.

I think Part 6 is more theory than practice at the moment. Recommend canvassing OEMs and implementers to find out if anybody is actually using Part 6, or plans to use it in the near future, and then deciding what is to be done with Part 6 validation checks based on the answers.

(If they are dropped and some future product specification does need to provide for specification of CRSs on the lines of Appendix 6-A, the responsible project team can write product-specific checks for that product, and later submit them to the S-100 WG as an extension to the "S-100 validation checks".)

Discussed at VTC 8. Agreed for Liz to contact Julia and ask if anyone is using Part 6. If not, then we will remove the checks from S-100 Validation for now and close task.
