The counter.dev homepage is really introductory and totally irrelevant to users who already use and are currently logged into Counter. If I'm logged in, the page I'm almost always going to want to see is the dashboard (or possibly the edit account page). And everything is one click away from the dashboard. So direct me straight there instead of ever showing me the home page.
