Add Guernsey flag for "gg" country. #26

You are currently missing a flag for the "gg" country (Guernsey) so it just shows as the alt-text (screenshot attached).

Here is a flag I drew myself in the same style as the famfamfam one in 2007 at https://damieng.com/creative/icons/silk-companion-1-icons under the same license. Additionally, I grant counter.dev full permission to do whatever they want with it so it doesn't need any extra exclusions/attribution etc.

Thanks, looking forward to trying this out more.

PS: You're also missing a flag for the island of Jersey (.je)
