As user I would like to start a Webex meeting every time I enter a Workadventure Room

Acceptance Criteria:

Webex Meeting is started using Webex API with integrationTag =id param
id param is unique for each room on a map there a meeting could be started (currently roomId is the same for all the rooms on the map). 'jitsiRoom' plus mapUrl or roomUrl property could be used. Pls double check if the combination is unique
the same id param is used for GET /meetings API

Out of scope:

Save and query Meeting ID
