Webex for privite group: MVP #4

Webex Group Meeting: Currently working under https://virtual-networking.telekom.de/_/global/iits-consulting.github.io/workadventure-webex-map/map.json

Almost finished

If meeting or not is set by the property webexSpace

Example: https://github.com/iits-consulting/workadventure-webex-map/blob/master/map.json is equivalent to workadventure-webex-demo

If possible, change from spaceId to spaceName

Bugfix necessarily you are inside the meeting multiple times

A private meeting (which uses a given link from Webex IU) does not make much sense for our use case, since we can never get a link for a private Meeting programmatically. Thus we should use Webex API to start a meeting, it will be exactly what we call adhoc or instant meeting
