Control lights with one dimmer control #124

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: Lights on a dimmer switch, including in-wall and plug ins to an outlet, are showing two controls in Home. I have a dimmer control and an on/off control. The dimmer control does not seem to work at all.

Describe the solution you'd like: I would like to only see the dimmer slider and be able to set the light exclusively with the slider control. This is how it's been presented in the tonesto7 homebridge-v2 package and is a great UI. That seems to be a common UI for other lights in the home app.

Describe alternatives you've considered: I have tried grouping and separating the two items in the home app but cannot come up with a workaround

Additional context:

This mockup shows the conundrum. I have set the brightness to 100%, but the light is off. If I turn it on, I still cannot change the brightness on the dimmer.
