Problems loading devices #218

Just a quick question...

Is there an issue with the Webhook?

I am suddenly having a difficult time reloading the plugin/homebridge after a very long time of working just fine. The Accessories tab won't load with SmartThings items. The Plugin log turns "red" halfway through the reload...

No issues. Working fine and getting lots of events. Mine is working fine.

You should restart things. This indicates that it is taking a long time to get a response back from Smartthigns when a status update is requested. Restart your device you are running homebrdieg on, and perhaps your smart things hub. If you have a device you are using as your apple home hub, restart that too. You may also want to restart your router.

I did update everything in the house to iOS 17... Curious if the HUB version may have an impact.
I am in the process of dismantling everything to include my network configuration (Port Trunking)... I am running Ubiquity and HomeBridge via QNAP Container Station. I am also having some difficulty with connecting to the Unify API as well, which is hosted locally. Never had a problem here either. Very odd....

I'll keep testing.

I wiped out my configuration and started over... Both from a netwrok side and QNAP side.

It would seem, at least from QNAP / Ubiquity combination. HomeBridge does not like port aggregation...
