pgAdminのインストール　と　postgresのデータをdockerのvolumeに載せた #18

pgAdminは、 PostGres Adminだと思いますが、 postgresのデータベースの中身をwebで表示したり操作したりするものです 開発を効率化するためにインストールしました

また、posggresのデータをローカルにマウントしていると、色々面倒なので、 docker の volumeに移しました ついでに、postgresのユーザーやパスワードも変更しました

なので、もしかしたら、 data/postgres　を消去したり、 migrateし直す必要があるかもしれません
