To enable faster preview and portable sharing, we developed a binary and losslessly compressed file format for storing localization tables and image patches.

The SMLM viewers used in ShareLoc.XYZ are adapted from the potree viewer developed by Markus Schuetz and the Fairy Dust viewer developed by Felix Woitzel (in collaboration with Christophe Leterrier).
The source code of the ShareLoc.XYZ platform is released under MIT license. The content hosted in ShareLoc.XYZ, including data and applications are owned by the original authors and made available according to the corresponding license specified by the authors.
