Percent savings histogram on project block page. #3
Histogram would should # of projects falling into project bins. Bin ranges should use fairly round numbers, and should automatically resize to show the full range of project savings in the project block. Should have same look and feel as other histograms on the page, including hover popups that show the range and number of projects in each column.
