The TrIAS logo should be added to the banner along with the INBO - logo (only exoten - page, see also inbo/reporting-rshiny-grofwildjacht#167)

TrIAS logo included now on right side of the banner. Impossible to make the display of images in the banner dependent on the banner itself (i.e. which choice of tab)
