Adapted remarks Dirk:

info about MINA raad value should not be a line as it is goal for specific year
the 100-lines do not have value as a function of time. Reference is important to compare in between species.
following the previous, fixed scale instead of free scale
argusvlinder and hooibeestje are not in index and left out of the first figure. Only visualised in different figure

Currently a real drawback that the figures cannot be reviewed in the Rmd. Do we try the hack by linking to the figs directory?

I would refer to the branch figrendering: https://github.com/inbo/natuurindicatoren/tree/figrendering to test out the scenario's for getting the figures rendered in Rmd online.
