IRIs and multiple contrasts #211

it's possible that these should be in two separate issues, but i think they are related.

currently no appropriate IRIs are assigned to the various objects of the model.

here are two suggestions:

  1. use relative IRIs within the bundle assuming that all sub-paths sit in a single location such as:

    http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/download/data/MoAEpilot/auditory.nidm/

  2. for IRIs, let's start using uuids for identifiers and content hash for file type entities.

i'll work on a registry over the next few weeks.
