This PR re-organise NIDM-Results examples:

Move all "minimal sub-graph" examples under "test/ground_truth"
Automatically retreive example names in fsl, spm, afni and ground_truth folders.

This is a first step towards refactoring of the nidm repository Python code as discussed at the NIDM sprint (January 2016). I am going to merge this and we can continue with separate pull requests.
