Update link to build status in README #454

Following renaming of the repository in nidm-specs (previously nidm) by @satra.

Hi @khelm. The tests were no longer active when you merged https://github.com/incf-nidash/nidm-specs/pull/449 and https://github.com/incf-nidash/nidm-specs/pull/452. This is due to the renaming of the repository by @satra (nidm > nidm-specs), that we had not yet propagated on Travis CI. That's now back in place!

To make the tests pass, I just had to rerun python scripts/refresh.py to update the NIDM-Results dev spec, apart from that there is not change compared to what you had.

I am merging this small update (not affecting the data model).
