remove Kubernetes as the group seems to have been dissolved #148

Just to make sure I understand this change, this question is for anyone — is the following accurate?

  1. There was once an active working group in Kubernetes.
  2. Soon after it formed, some of the WG members realized an ecosystem-wide approach would be helpful, and the Inclusive Naming Initiative (INI) was born.
  3. Once INI was formed and active, the WG decided to fold, with presumably many of the activities having moved to the INI.

Since that seems to be the case — and also since the referenced mailing list/group has been formally closed for almost 18 months — this makes sense to me. Thanks again for making the pull request.
