use blackbox written together consistently #161

I noticed that in some places blackbox was used and in others black box. But it does raise the question if some rules should have aliases, since one can see also black-box and black box being used.

As a copyeditor I am slightly ashamed to have missed those inconsistencies. Thank you much @lsmith77 for identifying that.

Having an alias or alternate spellings section seems like a good idea, especially around these combination words that may not even have a standard spelling at this point (black-box & blackbox vs room-mate & roommate, latter is settled.) I'll look at the commit and see where to go from here.

@quaid thx for the merge .. I noticed another consistency issue with capitalization, ie. Tribe vs. blackbox
