Add "Taiwan, Province of China" to word replacement list #33

This fixes https://github.com/inclusivenaming/org/issues/15.

"Province of China" is regularly added after "Taiwan", for example in country dropdowns on signup or shipping pages. This addition does not reflect Taiwan's de facto status and gives undue credence to territorial claims made by the Chinese Communist Party.

Instead of "Taiwan, Province of China", simply "Taiwan" can be used.

From https://inclusivenaming.org/about/:

The Inclusive Naming Initiative's mission is to help companies and projects remove all harmful and unclear language of any kind and replace it with an agreed-upon set of neutral terms.

It is difficult to imagine language more pernicious than that which perpetuates propaganda of a government that routinely threatens to invade another country. The "Province of China" phrase goes beyond being unclear and is intentionally counterfactual.

A code search for "taiwan province of china" (in quotes) on GitHub currently yields 264259 results.

Hi @meribold!

Thank you for submitting this. The Language workstream will be evaluating existing recommendations in the coming weeks, and we will address this recommendation shortly.

That's great to hear! If any changes are needed, just let me know. I also found two precedents for this recommendation and added them to the document: Pop!_OS installer PR #241 and elementary OS installer issue #455. The latter admittedly still seems to be a work in progress.

This PR is captured https://github.com/inclusivenaming/org/issues/15

While we're glad to receive the recommendation, the Language workstream will evaluate recommendations in the /org repository shortly. For now I'm going to close this PR.
