Media header updates #91

This PR contains the following changes.

  1. Social Icons are moved to the footer
  2. Blog menu is moved under News & Media
  3. New sub-menu Media Mentions is added under News & Media
  4. New sub-menu Presentations is added under News & Media linking to GitHub Marketing presentations
