expo warnings when creating a new project #2698

Describe the bug

Hello ! I just tried to start a project with ignite but expo is bringing some issues, does these warnings are alright or should i take care of it ?

ok this problem has been solved, the issue was coming from my package manager, i switched to npm and it worked well ! thanks for your boilerplate, it greatly helps
