Chronograf Slack integration #4

Create some sort of chronobot in slack that you can message a query string and it will chat back a PNG of a graph with that data.

Queries should probably have a fixed time range so we know the window to render

This is part of a super cool thing we could be doing (Hunter mentioned this yesterday) rendering the dygraphs in node canvas on the backend. I would be super excited if a bunch of people worked on this.
