- 09:00-09:15: pitch your idea
- 09:15-09:30: discuss & choose teams
- 09:30-16:30: hack!
- 17:30-18:00: 3 minute presentation of your project to an esteemed panel of judges
- 18:00-18:15: judges confer amongst themselves
- 18:15-18:30: judges give feedback & compliments

Judgment Criteria
- Originality (1 = interesting; 5 = mind-blowing)
