gh-deploy removes "Custom domain" configuration #23

@danybonfil as we discovered, the mkdocs gh-deploy command was removing "Custom domain" configuration.

@danybonfil, I found this issue and this suggestion seems to work.

Please let me know if something wrong happens from now on.
