Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Ubuntu 16.04 or greater (or equivalent Linux Operating System)
• Python 3.7 or greater
• NiftyReg 1.3.9 or greater

Install Python Requirements

pip install -r requirements.txt

Run application

./launchGUI.py
